Clarity Breathwork is a gentle yet transformative practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to open the doorway to deep healing and self-awareness. By breathing in a continuous circular rhythm- without pausing between the inhale and exhale- we gently bypass the thinking mind and access the wisdom of the body and subconscious.
This simple yet powerful technique increases oxygen flow, awakens energy within the body, and allows us to become compassionate witnesses to our inner world- our pain, joy, fears, grief, love, and potential. In this safe and nurturing space, old patterns, limiting beliefs, and unresolved emotions can rise to the surface to be acknowledged, released, and integrated. Many people experience profound clarity, emotional relief, and a renewed sense of peace.

Meet Honey-Marie
My journey to becoming a breathwork facilitator and aspiring counselor began with my own search for healing, peace, and self-discovery. Life hasn’t always been easy, and I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate trauma, self-doubt, and the desire to feel truly connected to oneself and others.
Along this weave of life, I explored many healing modalities, from plant medicine to somatic therapy, but it was breathwork that truly opened the door to transformation. Through this practice, I discovered clarity, grounding, and release- reconnecting me to my heart and helping me let go of what no longer served me.
I hold two certifications in breathwork: my first in the serene, heart-centered environment of Ubud, Bali, and my second in a six-month trauma-informed program focused on the science of breathwork and safe facilitation. Together, they allow me to offer clients both depth and choice, tailoring sessions to their unique needs. My practice is further supported by 200 hours of yoga teacher training and a Level 3 Reiki certification, reflecting my commitment to holistic care.
Currently, I am studying toward a Diploma in Counselling, soon to continue into a Bachelor’s degree. I am also a student of the Somatic Institute for Women- a 13-month, sensation-based, trauma-informed training rooted in the wisdom of feeling. This program is not only about tools and techniques but about who we become through the journey: learning to slow down, listen, inhabit our bodies, and reclaim the organic feminine principle. It has deepened my understanding of body intelligence, trauma awareness, nervous system health, and pleasure-centered leadership, further enriching the space I hold for others.
I am often described as compassionate, grounded, and deeply attuned. I create safe, non-judgmental spaces where people can express themselves fully and reconnect with their own aliveness. My work is about more than facilitating sessions- it’s about walking beside you as you remember your own freedom, clarity, and heart.

Women Wellness Walks
Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is simply put one foot in front of the other, breathe deeply, and share what’s on our heart with someone who truly listens.
My Women’s Wellness Walks are a gentle 1:1 experience designed to support you in reconnecting with yourself in the calming presence of nature. Prior to our session, we will connect online for 20 minutes to discuss the meeting location and your needs. After, we will meet and together, walk side by side for 60 minutes, allowing space for conversation, reflection, and quiet moments of peace.
This is your time to release what feels heavy, to be heard without judgement, and to remember the strength and wisdom that already live within you. Along the way, I weave in elements of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and breath-work to help you feel grounded and supported.
