Women Wellness Walks

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is simply put one foot in front of the other, breathe deeply, and share what’s on our heart with someone who truly listens.

My Women’s Wellness Walks are a gentle 1:1 experience designed to support you in reconnecting with yourself in the calming presence of nature. Together, we walk side by side for 90 minutes, allowing space for conversation, reflection, and quiet moments of peace.

This is your time to release what feels heavy, to be heard without judgement, and to remember the strength and wisdom that already live within you. Along the way, I weave in elements of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and breathwork to help you feel grounded and supported.

  • What to expect:

    • A warm welcome and grounding practice to begin our walk

    • A safe, supportive space to share whatever is on your mind

    • Gentle guidance in breathwork, somatic awareness and mindfulness

    • Time to pause, reflect, and integrate before closing with intention

    Contribution: $60 (introductory rate)
